+81 Magazine

For the latest issue of the brilliant japanese design magazine +81, the focus is on image making. A few hand-picked design studios across the world who combine illustration, photography and type are interviewed and showcased. We´re quite excited to be one of the few, and really honored to get such a substantial interview and thorough case-study along side great designers such as M/M Paris, Leif Podhajsky and Bela Borsodi. It´s nice to see several pages devoted to work we´ve done for local friends like Geitungen, The New Wine and ENO in such an important international publication.

As an extra treat, they also asked us to do the cover. So we built a lovely ethnic helmet, brought paints and dirt, and headed for the photo studio. Thanks alot guys! Check the magazine out at news stands and at www.plus81.com/
