Nike Summer Hoops 07

Nike USA commissioned us to do three posters for a campaign promoting their line of basketball shoes, including the new Zoom Lebron. The aim was to create something that had a focus on the game of basketball and the fun of playing, rather than only focusing on the shoes. Nike wanted the campaign to be in the spirit of old, classical Nike Basket Ads, so the outcome is relatively simple, but playful, with handmade typography and letters that are distant relatives of old school graffiti.
