Micropops

A bright and slightly weird setting seemed perfect for Micropops' dreamy summer single «So surreal». Inspired by the Great Gatsby and older musical references like Kate Bush, the Carpenters and Fleetwood Mac, we wanted to create a bright ambience where lead singers Håkon and Sofie could pose and interact with each other. With a scenario based on nothing but light and a few carefully selected objects, we wanted to make the viewer wonder what has lead up to these moments, and what kind of story that is about to unfold.
